All sales are final. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective item, an incorrect item, or a product with a print or image issue, contact customer service within 30 days with photo proof and your order number. Approved claims receive a free replacement or, at our discretion, a refund.

Customers are not charged a return fee for approved defective-item claims. In most approved cases, you do not need to ship the defective item back before a replacement is issued.
