30-day full refund or free reprint — no mail-backs. If something isn't right within 30 days of delivery, choose a full refund to your original payment method or a free reprint/replacement shipped from our end. You never need to mail the original item back, and you pay no return shipping fees.

This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Dominican Republic.
Eligible for full refund or free reprint
- Request made within 30 days of delivery
- Wrong size, color, or design received
- Item arrived defective, damaged, or with print issues
No return shipping required
You do not need to mail the item back. Keep it, donate it, or discard it — your choice. We process the refund or reprint and ship the new item from our end at no cost to you.
Not eligible
- Change of mind — buyer's remorse, no longer wanted, or simply didn't like the item is excluded from refund or replacement
- Final sale on clearance items
- Gift cards
- Color variation caused by screen settings
- Requests made after the 30-day window
How to start a return
Email returns@bachiapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the request and a photo of the item
- Whether you'd prefer a refund or a free reprint/replacement
We respond within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Replacement items are reprinted and shipped at no extra cost.
Return shipping
There are no return shipping fees. Customers never mail items back to us — we cover everything from our end as part of our customer-first guarantee.
