This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Dominican Republic.

- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Return requested within 30 days of delivery
- Original packaging included

How to start a return
Email returns@bachiapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return (and photos if defective)
We'll reply with return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit is issued within 3–5 business days.
Return shipping
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For approved defective or incorrect-item claims, no return shipping is required — we ship a replacement free of charge.
