Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges.
If you receive a defective item, an incorrect item, or a product with a print or image issue,
contact customer service within 30 days with photo proof and your order number.
Approved claims receive a free replacement or, at our discretion, a refund.
Where this policy applies
This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Dominican Republic.
Eligible issues
- Defective products
- Manufacturing or print defects
- Incorrect item received
- Product not matching what was ordered
Not eligible
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Normal wear, washing, or altered items
- Color variation caused by screen settings
How to request help
Email returns@bachiapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue
- A short description of the problem
Return cost
Customers are not charged a return fee for approved defective-item claims. In most approved cases, you do not need to ship the defective item back before a replacement is issued.
