  • Unique Products: We work with our supplier, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
  • Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors: However, if you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, we're here to help. We can offer a free replacement or refund if you Contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please provide clear photos showing the issue. If multiple products with the same design are affected, provide an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation.
  • Responsibility for Wrong Size or Color: It's important to note that we, as a small business, cannot be held responsible for replacements or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you may opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
  • Print Placement Tolerance: For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in print placement will not be considered as defects.
