As a small business that partners with a print-on-demand supplier, all our items are made uniquely per order. We value transparency, compliance with international regulations, and—most importantly—our customers. Below is our detailed return policy by country to ensure clarity and compliance with Google Merchant Center standards and local consumer laws in Canada, the USA, and the UK.
GENERAL POLICY (Applicable to All Countries)
Custom-Made Products: All items are made to order, meaning returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a free replacement or full refund if your item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Reporting Period: Contact us at bachiapparel@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue (and group photos if multiple items are affected).
No Returns Required: You do not need to ship the product back to us.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
Unsuccessful Deliveries: Eligible for refund or replacement. Refunds are processed in your local currency.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
During the holiday season, purchases made between December 17, 2025 – January 16, 2026 are eligible for returns up to 30 days after delivery.
🔁 Return Method:
We offer refunds only — no exchanges, except for defective or damaged items.
🚚 Return Shipping Cost:
Free return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
