As a small business that partners with a print-on-demand supplier, all our items are made uniquely per order. We value transparency, compliance with international regulations, and—most importantly—our customers. GENERAL POLICY (Applicable to All Countries)

Custom-Made Products: All items are made to order, meaning returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a free replacement or full refund if your item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Reporting Period: Contact us at bachiapparel@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue (and group photos if multiple items are affected).

No Returns Required: You do not need to ship the product back to us. 

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Unsuccessful Deliveries: Eligible for refund or replacement. Refunds are processed in your local currency.

At Bachi Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns from the United Kingdom under the following conditions:

Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. 30 days during the holiday season of December 17th, 2025 to January 17th, 2026

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

How to Return: Customers must contact us at bachiapparel@gmail.com to initiate the return and receive return instructions.

Return Method: Returns must be sent back to us via mail using the shipping instructions we provide.

Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping is free for customers in the United Kingdom.

Refunds: Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order for the desired item.
